Dexero FD or Microsoft Forms: which one fits?

Microsoft Forms is handy for a quick survey or quiz. When your forms turn into a process, with rules, access rights and data to protect, Dexero FD takes over.

Where your data is stored

According to Microsoft, Microsoft Forms has no specific data residency commitment. For an organization based in Canada, Forms data is stored in the United States by default. [S1, S2]

With Dexero FD, your data is hosted in data centres located in Canada. Our list of subprocessors and their countries is public.

When Microsoft Forms is enough

For an internal survey, a simple sign-up or a quiz, Microsoft Forms is quick to set up, especially if your organization already uses Microsoft 365. Dexero FD is built for forms that carry a process: sensitive data, several roles, rules, payments or a full application.
